Website & quotation terms
This website helps you explore systems and request a quotation. A saved specification is the beginning of the ordering process.

Enquiries and orders
Submitting a project request does not place an order, reserve production capacity or authorise manufacture. The website does not take payments. An order can proceed only after the specification, commercial quotation and applicable order terms have been agreed and MQ Modern Living has confirmed acceptance in writing.
Your written quotation will state the items, price including applicable taxes, what is included, any additional services, payment arrangements, validity and delivery or installation assumptions. Any deposit or staged-payment terms will be explained before you commit.
Planning figures
Any budget or rate you enter in the planner is your own planning figure. Calculated areas and totals help organise your project; they are not an MQ selling price, supplier quotation or promise to supply at that amount. A confirmed quotation is needed for the actual price.
Measurements and technical confirmation
Preliminary measurements help us assess your enquiry. They must not be used as fabrication instructions without the required checks and approved drawings. The quotation will clarify who is responsible for surveying, final dimensions, structural openings, site preparation and installation.
Glazing capacity is a system limit, not a guarantee that any glass build-up will suit a particular opening. Final sizes, glass, hardware, opening arrangements and performance require confirmation. Fire resistance, security, escape, ventilation and building-regulation requirements must be assessed for the complete project and specified assembly.
Product information and images
Product details and illustrations explain the available systems. Your agreed order specification and approved drawings define the products supplied. Manufacturer photographs show examples and may include optional features; they do not establish what is included in your quotation. On-screen colours are a guide, so confirm the finish before ordering.
Installation and warranties
Where we undertake installation, the agreed scope identifies the applicable product instructions, fixing and sealing details, and the work included. Supply-only customers can appoint their own competent installer, with survey, measurement and installation responsibilities recorded before ordering.
We provide the applicable product warranty and care terms for the items ordered. Installation workmanship terms are separate. Warranty conditions depend on the exact product and its installation, use and maintenance; your statutory rights remain unaffected. Read our installation approach and aftercare process.
Delivery, changes and cancellation
Delivery, installation, access requirements and lead times are confirmed for each project. Changes after approval may affect price and programme and need written agreement. Made-to-measure goods may be excluded from ordinary change-of-mind cancellation rights; the applicable position will be explained before an order is accepted. This does not remove your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Read our delivery and made-to-measure returns information. It forms general guidance; your agreed order documents provide the project details.
Privacy and help
Our privacy notice explains saved requests and contact information. If you find an error or need information in another format, contact the showroom before relying on it for a purchase decision.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.
