Using the website

The website uses labelled controls, keyboard-operable links and a skip-to-content link. Product specifications are provided as text alongside images. You can use your browser’s zoom controls to enlarge the page and complete a multi-item project request without creating a separate customer account.

The configurator’s drawing is a visual guide. The measurements, choices and item summary provide the specification in text; the drawing is not a technical fabrication drawing.

If a page or document is difficult to use

Some linked manufacturer documents are external PDFs, and their accessibility can vary. If you cannot read a document, use the planner or obtain a particular specification, contact us with the product name and the information you need.

Report a problem

Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use if you know it. We will review the issue and help you obtain the information or submit an enquiry through another route.

Accessibility status

We aim to make the website usable across devices and assistive technologies. This statement does not claim an independent accessibility certification or a completed audit against every WCAG criterion.
